When I made the Twilight Sucks comic for Head Trip, I had not read more than a few scenes... which I hated and wanted to stab my eyes out. Several oversensitive fangirls who have decided this piece of overrated shit is their entire reason to exist flipped their shit and said I was unfair... but their only defense was that I hadn't read the whole thing. I found this fair, and decided to try and force my way through it.

I almost made it. Got about 80% of the way through and to get that much, I spent the time writing a condensed version of it to keep myself sane.

And now I shall share it with you, especially those of you who want to know what on Earth happens in this piece of crap but don't want to subject yourselves to the horror.

A-kon was SOOOO much fun, I LOVED it. And all of you that said hi?? So awesome! It was really cool to meet y'all. Next year I might have a -gasp- TABLE, so I'll be MUCH easier to find... and possibly buy stuff from!

I am in Texas now... well... sort of. Right this second I'm in Arkansas for the first of two family reunions in the next two weeks. Yes, I'm going crazy already, lol.

PC is still not working, but I haven't done a thing to it. I'm just not able to really get to it right now.

And for that, Head Trip is still on hiatus.

So that's about where things are right now

Lot of stuff going on.

Let's start by saying I WILL BE AT A-KON IN DALLAS THIS WEEKEND! If you spot me (the scrawny chick with long red hair wheeling around in a wheelchair) SAY HI! Talk to me! I had a few of y'all come say hi to me last year and you have NO IDEA how awesome that is.

Secondly, computer issues. I have two computers... a desktop PC that I do a lot of my bill paying and art on, and some writing. Then I have my Macbook laptop that I do most my Internetting on... e-mail, chat, DeviantArt, LJ, all that fun stuff. Also I've been, over the last few months, transferring my writing to the laptop so I can work on it anywhere.

My PC just fried. I don't know WHAT happened, it seemed to be behaving just fine, now Windows refuses to boot in any shape or form (safe mode, what have you)... so art will be on hold for an indefinite period of time.

This also leads right into my last point, Head Trip. Since I can't do art, it stands to reason that Head Trip is screwed for a while. I will not be able to do the art myself... it was already scheduled for hiatus right around now, but I am a bit annoyed at the sudden FORCED hiatus. :\

So yeah, very stressful. I hope this weekend brings some well-needed fun and relaxation time for me before life gets stressful all over again soon.

Just to let you guys know what all is going on!

I am looking for a job back in Texas so I can move back.

I am trying to save up some money to do this sans job (being unemployed is a pain )

I am trying to making moving arrangements.

I need to get my car fixed up.

My birthday is next Monday (this is irrelevant, just felt like saying.. you know... "yay birthday"... every year I grow closer to no longer being considered "young"... it's exciting, really!)

I am TRYING to do commissions but with everything going on, it's going slow, which with the whole "needing money" thing has certainly become a bit of a conflict of interest.

Head Trip is back to updating semi-regularly (trying for at least once-a-week), which is good, I have truly missed doing it

Lastly, I hope I can get all of this stuff settled soon. Job, move, settle in, get back into some kind of routine... I miss doing art regularly and being more active on DA than I am now. I'd also like to do more stuff with Head Trip and really get it out there and get more readers and hell -- maybe someday actually do a con or something... that might be getting ahead of myself, but... you never know.

And there are all these many projects I very much want to do... like a Treasure Planet fan comic, another comic, yet another comic... I'm a total comic whore.

So yeah, that's what's up with me. I miss you guys!
