I think it's a wonderful piece, lots of emotion. I wonder what you were feeling when you made it? Is this a form of self portrait?
The field of view with the blurred feathers close to the viewer give this work a great deal of depth. The proportions are quite stylized, but do not detract from the art in any way. The hair is wonderful, bringing to mind the work of Mucha and P. Craig Russell.
yeah, she does look a little bit disproprotional, but I actually rather like it in this piece. As she's crying in the wind, her thin body almost looks like its whithering away, taken by the air as it were. nice effects.
