Internet... what have you done to me

SO this requires some explanation

In the new Hobbit movie, Thranduil is played by Lee Pace... something I didn't notice until it was pointed out, you know, today.

Lee Pace also played Ned in Pushing Daisies... also known as The Piemaker.

SO... I immediately pictured Thranduil spending his free time making whimsical pies all day long (and Legolas being, quite frankly, sick of pies)...

Yeah.

I... I should be more sorry for this piece of fanart than I am, really.
