Damn, I love your soft, outline-less coloring style. It makes the image so much more poignant and dark. Great variations in in her skin and hair tones... the background, too. I can tell those holes are HOLES and not just red smudges on her back. >.<
Awesome, if gruesome piece.

I just wanna be like Miyavi kun and live with him in Japan and sing, play, draw, write and sleep and eat and be with/watch him for a cuple weeks... or a cuple decades.
So tell me, is that really so much to ask?
Well done, seems slightly unfinished, but then again... that might be what you're aiming at. The pain of losing one's wings seems to be universal to angels...

This is both very beautiful... and very sad. The wings are the symbolism of what it is to be an angel, connected with what who they are and their souls. It is the ultimate shame and pain for an angel to lose these things, even worse than falling from the sky, their wings turned black with forbidden sin. The pain shall never fully dissapate. *sigh*
Very beautiful drawing though. Like someone else said, you can definately tell those are holes, not just some smudges. *faves as it kinda hits a certain cord*

The soft way that you colour gives this picture such a melancholy feel, and the blood deepens the meaning of this work of art.
A damn amazing job once again!
