Born from a dream...by ~shinga

The mermaid cursed to be in human form, and the adventurous prince who helps her find her way back home.

I had a dream about their story. About how she's unintentionally wrapped up into their human war, about how he runs away on his ship with her to set her free back into the ocean. And perhaps on that long journey a relationship between them makes things a bit more complicated...

Did this quick drawing of them so they'd stay in my head. I don't know his name, but I think her is Erinae.

Maybe I'll actually get back into writing just to tell their story. Then maybe they'll tell me how it ends, because even I don't know. But I have my hopes....

Why "Erinae"? I know that the name "Erin" is Irish in origin, meaning both "Ireland" and "Peace". It makes it slightly ironic that her name could potentially mean peace when 'she's unintentionally wrapped up into their human war'.
