OMGWTF

I used to read these books all the time. I mean, that was like... forever ago... and I don't think I ever DID read the last two or three books... but I enjoyed them while I read them. Loved this series.

So... look. I drew it.

It's nothing special, just a quick little thing... but I'm busy as hell these days preparing to move to TN.

So nyah.

Oh, awesome! I love your style :) I read the books too, but I think I stopped after book 20-something. Maybe one day I'll start rereading them.

*gapes* Wow, I haven't even ~thought~ about these in years. But this is just such a nostalgic reminder. Wow. *blinks rapidly* I even remember getting into an argument with my sister over who would get which books when our Mom died. Heh. Too funny. Especially since my mother didn't appreciate the comment. *laughs*

In any case, thank you for this wonderful reminder of an enjoyable childhood reading. And a reminder of wonderful characters and a strong plot. Especially for your wonderful job at Marco, and Ax. =D

Dude, I remember those!!
I use to have the---WTF!! I STILL have the entire collection of the series. Those were my favorite books to read when I was younger.

...I keep meaning to sell my set on EBay, but never get around to it...

When Hugh Jackman was tried for a lead role in "Oklahoma", he sang the first line in the
chorus from "Oh What a Beautiful Morning", and then promptly forgot the rest of the words.
If he can make it, there is hope for the rest of us.

OOooh, of course!! I just  those kids!!
It was a lovely story, I enjoyed all the books so MUCH!!!

Oh, gosh, flashback....

I love the way you did Marco (marco? marcus?) and Jake. Jake's such a cookiecutter hero. I think a little more species specific-ness to Tobais-as-hawk would make the image a little stronger. I didn't finish reading them either, but I'm sure they're in a closet in my parent's house somewhere, waiting...
