I used to read these books all the time. I mean, that was like... forever ago... and I don't think I ever DID read the last two or three books... but I enjoyed them while I read them. Loved this series. So... look. I drew it. It's nothing special, just a quick little thing... but I'm busy as hell these days preparing to move to TN. So nyah. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. When Hugh Jackman was tried for a lead role in "Oklahoma", he sang the first line in the
chorus from "Oh What a Beautiful Morning", and then promptly forgot the rest of the words.

I love the way you did Marco (marco? marcus?) and Jake. Jake's such a cookiecutter hero. I think a little more species specific-ness to Tobais-as-hawk would make the image a little stronger. I didn't finish reading them either, but I'm sure they're in a closet in my parent's house somewhere, waiting...
